Breville is a global retail brand renowned for technically advanced and beautifully designed kitchen appliances. Their product range covers such a diverse range of appliances, that department stores in almost every sector of retail will have a selection of their products available for sale.

INHAABIT is proud to have partnered with Breville to release Breville AR, a ground-breaking Augmented Reality app which sets a new benchmark for realism in consumer AR experiences.

Breville AR allows customers to realistically see Breville’s latest product range in their home, try before they buy, to mix and match appliances, colors and materials to suit their style. New product ranges such as the Luxe Collection’s toasters, kettles and espresso machines, can be visualised next to each other to see all available colors and combinations, allowing customers to select the perfect kitchen arrangement during their buying process.

“Augmented Reality is a new way to create brand awareness and publicise your latest product range”, explains Jordan Yim, Director at INHAABIT. “Using our platform, Breville can digitally showcase their products with a level of interactivity, realism and visual detail previously not available”.

    The Luxe Collection

From coffee machines to food processors, one of the key requirements for INHAABIT was to showcase as much detail as possible of Breville’s beautifully designed appliance range. Achieving this goal allows customers to experience the products as if they are physically on the bench in front of them.

“Breville’s product design team have created some of the most iconic kitchen appliances on the market, so our development team built new AR rendering and lighting technology to ensure we captured that essence”, explains Jason Yim, Director of Marketing at INHAABIT. “The ability to try an Oracle Touch espresso machine on your benchtop, rotate it around to see all of the design features, pick the color that suits your kitchen and importantly, see if it will fit in your space, is why AR is changing retail.”

Breville AR is available in various countries around the world and integrates seamlessly with Breville’s website, to allow customers to see local product information and find their nearest retailer.
