Customers can browse the Hisense website to engage with high quality 3D products and view them from any angle. INHAABIT’s industry leading Augmented Reality platform allows customers to try products in their home, with realistic sizing and materials. They can visualise the latest TVs and swap between 65″ or 85″ displays based on the size of their living room, or explore the right sized refrigerator that suits their kitchen.
Hisense products are displayed with Instant AR technology, which allows customer to jump directly to the AR experience by scanning Smart QR Codes. The experience is instant, with no app download required and provides a convenient way to try products with the tap of a button.
Hisense Home AR Measures Your Space & Recommends Products
INHAABIT also worked directly with Hisense’s R&D team to create the Hisense Home AR app, which provides an enhanced AR experience and more powerful features. The Hisense Home AR app is available on iOS and Android devices, and allows customers to find the best products for their home by measuring their space in Augmented Reality.
The experience feels incredibly futuristic, as once they have measured their space the app will recommend the best fitting products and let them try them in their home. The Hisense Home AR app removes the need to manually measure their space and fast-tracks the product selection process.
Hisense’s Head of Marketing explains, “Hisense Home AR not only gives customers everything they need to accurately measure how Hisense products will fit in their space, but also allows them to see what the product will look like with ultra-realistic detail, minimising the barrier to purchase.”
When searching for televisions in Hisense Home AR, the experience is both engaging and intuitive. Customers have the ability to specify features such as how far they sit from their TV and whether they are frequently watching sports, playing video games or movies. The app will provide personalised suggestions for the most suitable TV and size from Hisense’s product range.
