INHAABIT provides one of the most realistic multi-platform Augmented Reality and 3D solutions available and helps to solve a problem faced by manufacturers worldwide – visualising customisable and configurable furniture. Having previously collaborated with Street Furniture Australia to develop the Build Aria iOS app, INHAABIT has now released Build Aria on desktop, reaching a broader range of designers planning their urban spaces.

Build Aria allows designers and architects to build and visualise the award winning Aria bench. With elements of fun and exploration, Build Aria is also a business tool created for staff and clients to better understand how different variations of Aria will look in a real environment.

Using advanced 3D visualization, the Aria bench can be intelligently configured and is realistically brought to life through the screen of the client’s PC. The web app uses advanced processing to render the product instantly with high-quality detail and realistic lighting. “All aspects down to the finishes and fixings underneath are photorealistic’‘ says June Boxsell, Street Furniture Australia’s Marketing Manager, referring to the quality of the 3D models.

Build Aria Desktop allows designers, architects and urban planners to unleash their full creativity when planning an outdoor space. Using drag & drop, they can easily build their desired configuration, change materials, colors, arms and leg styles. When complete, they are able to view their finished design in ultra-realistic 3D from any perspective. This is particularly useful to visualize ideas and make adjustments during the planning phase.

Build Aria for Desktop

Build Aria has provided significant benefits for Street Furniture Australia, helping to showcase the modular aspects of the Aria bench, speed up the decision-making process for clients and streamline sales. The opportunity to visualise every possible combination, colour and material increases flexibility, helps designers broaden their creativity and creates a better buying experience for end clients.
